Andrew Gesslein received a sentence of of 5-10 years for voluntary manslaughter. The security guard was licensed to carry a gun, but wasn’t supposed to be armed the night he shot and killed Michael Maurice Randolph at the North End Republican Club in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Gesslein claims Randolph reached for a gun during an argument, but no gun was found on Randolph’s body.
